3. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in coaching is voluntary.

• You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

• Results vary from individual to individual.

• No guarantees are made regarding specific personal, emotional, or professional outcomes.

4. Confidentiality

All one-to-one sessions are treated as confidential.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party except:

• Where required under applicable Indian law

• Where there is a reasonable risk of harm to the client or others

5. Payments & Fees

• All session fees must be paid in advance to confirm booking.

• Payments once made are considered confirmation of appointment.

• No refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated below.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

The coaching services provided are supportive and collaborative in nature.

The coach shall not be held liable for:

• Decisions made by the client

• Actions taken based on coaching discussions

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services

8. Corporate & Group Engagements

For corporate workshops, group sessions, or organizational services:

• Outcomes depend on participant engagement and organizational implementation.

• No guaranteed business, productivity, or performance outcomes are promised.

• Additional written agreements may apply for corporate contracts.

All materials, frameworks, written content, and resources provided through this website or coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of the coach.
